      <image:caption>Jessica Sherman founded One Bar Development in 2021. The firm is a natural extension of the passion for high quality, equitable housing that Jessica developed working in both real estate and the public sector. Prior to starting One Bar, Jessica Sherman spent five years at Douglaston Development, where she managed the development of 2,600 units of affordable housing, totaling over $806M in development. Ms. Sherman joined Douglaston Development in 2016 as a Project Manager on the Affordable Housing team, bringing a strong project management skillset developed through roles in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. She previously worked as a Leadership Fellow at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, focusing on regional infrastructure management and development. Throughout her career, Ms. Sherman has focused on the importance of public private partnerships to enhance communities and infrastructure. Ms. Sherman completed her M.B.A. at Columbia Business School. She also holds an M.Sc. in Social Policy from the University of Oxford and a B.A. in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Advisory Council for the Fund for Public Housing and the Rebuilding Together NYC SheBuilds’ New York City Committee.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Completed August 2018; Staten Island, New York Seaview is a two‐wing 5‐story affordable housing development. The building provides 160 affordable apartments (82 studios, 78 one bedrooms) and various indoor and outdoor community spaces for residents’ enjoyment. The development was made possible through 420 (c ) tax exemption benefits, the HPD and HDC Senior Affordable Rental Apartments (SARA) Program, and the Project Based Section 8 housing program. This project will bring repairs, new property management, and enhanced social services, while maintaining affordable rent and resident protections. Site wide improvements include improved building systems, renovated apartments with new flooring, cabinetry, and windows, and outdoor upgrades to landscaping and amenities.       <image:caption>Completed August 2020; Bronx, New York Crossroads Plaza is a 425-unit development in the Bronx that was a result of a large scale rezoning with input from the City Council, the Bronx Borough President, the community board and other residents to identify community preferences. The $156M mixed income, mixed use development houses low and middle‐income residents, 60,000 square feet of ground floor uses including a Universal Pre‐Kindergarten, the non‐profit The Foundling’s Bronx headquarters, and a community healthcare center.
